In terms of intelligent manufacturing, Dongmu Co., Ltd. and Shandong Luyin New Materials have built 5G intelligent factories, deployed AI visual quality inspection and digital twin systems, achieved a suppression accuracy of ± 0.01mm, reduced the scrap rate to 0.8%, and increased production efficiency by more than three times. On the application side, Shenzhen Ailijia has achieved mass production of titanium alloy MIM precision parts using graphite hot field sintering technology, supplying consumer electronics giants such as Huawei and Xiaomi. The amount of powder metallurgy used per vehicle has exceeded 8.3kg in new energy vehicles. The entire industry has built a 'research and development pilot testing industrialization' ecosystem, with nearly 60% energy savings in the near net forming process, a waste powder recovery rate of over 95%, and a carbon traceability system becoming a new threshold for EU exports.
