Enterprises such as Aihua and Jianghai have achieved domestic substitution of automotive grade capacitors, supporting breakthroughs in fast charging technology for brands such as BYD and NIO; In photovoltaic inverters, domestically produced high-voltage electrolytic capacitors such as Guimi Gong and Ruby become the 'heart' components, which stabilize power generation fluctuations and improve system efficiency by more than 3 percentage points through DC bus energy storage; On the smart grid side, smart capacitors achieve reactive power dynamic compensation and voltage stability. The 'Capital of Capacitors' in Yiyang, Hunan has an annual output of over 40 billion units, accounting for 1/12.5 of the world's total. They are widely used in 10kV capacitor compensation cabinets and distribution automation systems; In industrial automation, thin film capacitors empower servo systems and frequency converters with low ESR and high temperature resistance characteristics, enabling robot positioning accuracy to reach ± 0.02mm and reducing energy consumption by 15% -20%. On the policy side, the 'Action Plan for Basic Electronic Components' and 'Made in China 2025' are working together to achieve a projected industry scale of 135 billion yuan by 2025. The localization rate is accelerating, and capacitors are transitioning from 'passive components' to 'system level energy management cores'.
