PLUMEM.PLUMEM was established on March 8, 2004, with its registered office located in Xinzhan District, Hefei City. The company holds over 100 proprietary intellectual property patents, including 40 invention patents, and has obtained ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification. In its early stages, PLUMEM focused on applying membrane technology to the separation of specialty materials. This included fermentation liquid extraction (lactic acid, amino acids, antibiotics), natural product extraction (kudzu root, luo han guo, stevia, tea beverages), seasoning purification (soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine), and sugar filtration and purification, accumulating extensive experience in membrane separation engineering. PLUMEM has progressively expanded its business into oilfield reinjection water, comprehensive treatment of landfill leachate, and zero-liquid discharge (ZLD) and resource recovery for high-concentration industrial wastewater in pharmaceuticals, coking, and coal chemical industries. This has established a dual-drive model combining fluid membrane separation with challenging wastewater treatment. PLUMEM's tubular membrane R&D center operates multiple fully automated tubular membrane production lines, offering products in PVDF and PES. The company has independently developed breakthrough PEK tubular membranes suitable for diverse complex wastewater and material separation scenarios. Leveraging PEK tubular membranes, PLUMEM has developed specialized process packages addressing technical challenges such as hardness removal, oil removal, impurity removal, fluoride removal, silica removal, and heavy metal removal. These solutions are widely applied in diverse industrial wastewater treatment projects, achieving large-scale implementation of technological innovations. Key products include: tubular membrane elements, tubular membrane process packages, laboratory equipment, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, circulating water and wastewater reuse systems, mine water zero discharge solutions, desulfurization wastewater zero discharge systems, waste salt and fly ash treatment technologies, coal chemical wastewater zero discharge systems, reclaimed water reuse and RO brine zero discharge systems, lithium extraction from ore and salt lakes, and landfill leachate treatment solutions.
