The facility spans a total area of 12,000 square meters, boasting an annual casting production capacity of 4,000 tons and machining capacity of 1,000 tons. The company utilizes sand casting and medium-low temperature investment casting processes, primarily producing castings for various valves, pumps, marine components, and construction machinery. Capable of producing diverse iron-based alloys (austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, low-temperature steel, carbon steel), nickel-based alloys, and cobalt-based alloys according to customer requirements and various standards including Chinese National Standards (GB), American Standards (ASTM), German Standards (DIN), and Japanese Standards (JIS). Primary products include castings for valves, pumps, marine components, and construction machinery.
