MOON-TECH.MOON-TECH operates foundry workshops, machining workshops, intelligent forming (3D printing) workshops, and low-pressure aluminum alloy casting workshops. The company possesses an annual casting production capacity of 40,000 tons, including 5,000 tons of 3D-printed castings, 25,000 tons of furfural resin sand castings, and 10,000 tons of aluminum alloy castings. It also provides 70,000 hours of precision machining and high-end aluminum alloy processing services. The company employs over 420 staff, including 12 senior engineers, 14 engineers, 15 senior technicians, and 12 technicians. The company has fully implemented CAE, ERP, MES, and LIMS software systems, leveraging deep technical expertise to achieve advanced design and development capabilities within its specialized sector. It also serves as one of Shandong Province's designated training bases for foundry professionals. Primary products include: machine tool castings, compressor castings, power generation equipment castings, internal combustion engine castings, pump and valve castings, mining machinery castings, and 3D-printed castings.
