RCL.RCL was established in May 2019 as an enterprise specializing in the design of power semiconductor devices and integrated circuits (ICs), chip manufacturing, application system development, and sales. The company has built a hybrid wafer production line utilizing 0.5µm process technology. Through unique circuit and device structure designs, its products achieve industry-leading electrical performance metrics including switching frequency, power density, and voltage withstand capability, with certain products successfully replacing imported alternatives. Leveraging its process technology and commercial integrity, the company provides customized processing services to domestic and international clients. Looking ahead, RCL plans to establish an 8-inch wafer production line with 0.18µm process technology to manufacture high-performance power circuits and high-power-density semiconductor devices.
