The company operates six modern production bases and 11 advanced production lines for construction machinery and spare parts. Its product portfolio encompasses more than ten categories of main equipment, including bulldozers, road machinery, concrete machinery, loaders, and excavators, as well as core components such as undercarriage parts, transmission components, and structural parts. By 2024, the company’s total production capacity for construction machinery and components had exceeded 1.28 million units, encompassing bulldozers, excavators, loaders, road machinery, mining trucks, concrete equipment, and various components. In recent years, SHANTUI has remained committed to driving sustainable development through technological innovation, continuously investing in R&D in cutting-edge fields such as remote control, intelligent connectivity, new energy, and high-horsepower products, thereby leading the industry’s technological advancement. In 2019, the company successfully launched the world’s first 5G-enabled remote-controlled high-horsepower bulldozer for commercial use, marking a new milestone in the application of 5G technology and smart manufacturing. That same year, the SD90 high-horsepower bulldozer was successfully delivered to customers, filling a technological gap in the domestic market for high-horsepower bulldozers and laying a solid foundation for the localization of such equipment. At the same time, the company has achieved significant results in its digital transformation. The smart factory built on a 5G network is becoming increasingly mature, and independently designed smart production lines and assembly and testing equipment have been put into use, leading to a comprehensive improvement in production efficiency and product quality.
