The company mainly produces tapered rollers, cylindrical rollers, spherical rollers, cold drawn bearing steel materials, and various roller blanks. The company has more than 150 high-precision production equipment and 3 professional heat treatment production lines, with equipment reaching the advanced level in China; The testing center is equipped with flaw detectors, Taylor roundness measuring instruments, precision contour roughness measuring instruments, fully automatic carbon and sulfur analyzers, Rockwell digital hardness testers, metallographic microscopes, and other testing instruments. It has also purchased world-class precision instruments such as Sanfeng roundness/cylindrical shape measuring instruments, surface roughness measuring machines, and contour measuring systems from Japan, providing a solid guarantee for product quality. In terms of qualification certification, SHENZHU BEARING first passed the ISO9001:2000 standard system certification, and then passed the ISO9001:2008 standard system certification in October 2013. In 2013, the company further expanded its scale by acquiring more than 100 acres of land with a total investment of 200 million yuan. It built a 30000 square meter factory, a 3700 square meter research and development center, and a 6500 square meter office and living area, and invested more than 140 million yuan in purchasing equipment. It is expected that the production capacity will increase to 15000 tons per year, and the sales revenue will increase to 300 million yuan per year. Currently, the main products include bearings, tapered rollers, cylindrical rollers, spherical rollers, bearing steel cold drawn materials, and roller blanks.
