The company operates 5-inch bipolar/MOS chip and 6-inch MOS chip production lines, with large-scale manufacturing capabilities for various packaging formats including TO series, SOT, SOP/DIP, and more. It stands as the only integrated device manufacturer (IDM) in South China that integrates both front-end and back-end processes for power semiconductors. Its comprehensive product portfolio includes bipolar transistors, photodetectors, low/medium-voltage and medium/high-voltage MOSFETs, IPM modules, IGBTs, various diodes (fast recovery, Schottky, transient protection), and CMOS ICs.
