SLXG pipelines

SLXG.SLXG was established as a joint venture in 2011 as an integrated steel pipe manufacturer specializing in both plates and tubes. With an investment of 700 million yuan, the facility spans over 760 mu (approximately 50.7 hectares). Its strategic location offers exceptional water and land transportation access: 1 kilometer from Xiangjiang Port, 3 kilometers from Xiangtan Iron and Steel's dedicated railway line, and 5.2 kilometers from the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macau Expressway entrance. SLXG operates one straight seam submerged arc welded pipe production line with specifications ranging from φ508mm to φ1422mm and a maximum capacity of 400,000 tons; two spiral submerged arc welded pipe production lines covering φ323mm to φ2642mm with an annual capacity of 300,000 tons; and two anti-corrosion production lines capable of treating 4.8 million square meters annually. Primary products include: oil transmission pipelines, natural gas transmission pipelines, subsea transmission pipelines, composite pipes, water transmission pipelines, chemical pipelines, structural pipes for construction, bridges, and jackets, as well as steel pipe deep-processing products.
