SRIF.Founded in 1957, SRIF has long been dedicated to research and development, technology promotion, and product manufacturing in the fields of cast steel, cast iron, non-ferrous alloy castings, high-temperature alloys, raw and auxiliary materials for casting, composite materials, advanced smelting, special precision casting, environmental protection in casting, 3DP printing of cores, and casting equipment. The institute covers a total area of 240,000 square meters, comprising the main campus (20,000 square meters), the West Industrial Base (150,000 square meters), the South Industrial Base (50,000 square meters), and the Chemical Industrial Park (20,000 square meters). Its main products and services include: 1. Castings: Including aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys, titanium/zirconium alloys, special steels, electroslag remelted castings, copper alloy castings, electroslag remelted die-cast blades, and precision castings of non-ferrous alloys. 2. Foundry Materials: Resins for casting,配套curing agents, inorganic binders, coatings, spraying equipment, and other auxiliary materials. 3. 3D Printing: Provides 3D printing services and supporting domestically produced raw materials for sand-based 3D printing. 4. Melting Equipment: Medium-frequency induction furnaces, AOD (argon-oxygen decarburization) steel refining equipment, electroslag remelting furnaces, and vacuum induction suspension melting furnaces.
