SRII.SRII was established in 2018 and is headquartered in Qingdao, China. The company focuses on the R&D, production, and sales of critical semiconductor front-end process equipment, providing system equipment products and technical service solutions featuring independently controlled core technologies. Its product portfolio includes atomic layer deposition (ALD) equipment and ion implantation (IMP) equipment, widely applied in high-precision fields such as integrated circuits, third-generation semiconductors, new energy, optics, and component coating. Following the transformation and upgrading of its ALD business, the company expanded into ion implantation equipment and achieved significant breakthroughs. SRII initiated R&D with high-energy ion implanters as its entry point, addressing the bottleneck issue of high-end ion implanters in China.
