ST employs over 50 mid-to-senior level engineers and technical specialists, boasting robust technical capabilities and more than 120 sets of advanced production equipment. The company manufactures various pipeline fittings and extended products—including flanges, elbows, bent pipes, tees, crosses, reducers, pipe caps, and socket fittings—in diverse materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, pipeline steel, and cryogenic steel, adhering to domestic, international, and industry standards. Annual production capacity exceeds 100,000 tons. Key equipment includes an 8,000-ton four-column press capable of producing integrally formed hot-pressed equal and reducing tees with diameters up to 1,420mm and wall thicknesses up to 120mm. The 1,600-ton push-forming machine produces single-seam or seamless elbows with diameters up to 1,220mm and wall thicknesses up to 120mm. The 800-ton large-scale pipe bending machine bends pipes to various angles and radii, handling diameters up to 2,220mm with an effective stroke of 13 meters, achieving one-pass hot bending. Products are widely applied in power generation, petroleum, chemical, natural gas, shipbuilding, heating, papermaking, metallurgy, and new energy industries.
