STAR POWER.STAR POWER was established in April 2005, specializing in the design, development, and production of semiconductor chips and modules, primarily focusing on IGBT technology. Headquartered in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province, STAR POWER's product portfolio is divided into two main categories: chips and modules. Key offerings include power semiconductor devices such as IGBTs, SiC MOSFETs, GaN HEMTs, and fast recovery diodes, as well as automotive-grade and industrial-grade MCUs and gate driver IC chips. The IGBT module portfolio exceeds 600 variants, covering voltage ratings from 100V to 3300V and current ratings from 10A to 3600A. STAR POWER products are widely adopted across new energy, new energy vehicles, industrial control and power supplies, white goods, AI server power supplies, data centers, robotics, and low/high-altitude aircraft. In 2024, over 3 million automotive-grade IGBT modules were supplied for new energy vehicle main motor controllers.
