TD.Founded on December 22, 2003, and registered in Kaiping District, Tangshan, TD is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and manufacturing of power station insulators. The company’s flagship products include rod-type support insulators for 110kV to 1100kV AC, ±500kV DC, and ±800kV DC systems, making it a key supplier of critical insulating components for China’s ultra-high-voltage power transmission and transformation projects. The company currently operates four domestically advanced isostatic pressing (dry process) production lines and one wet process production line. It is equipped with advanced testing equipment, including an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer imported from Bruker (Germany) and a true density tester from McMaster (USA), ensuring that incoming raw materials meet high standards. Its production lines also include 20 CNC blank trimming machines, 9 fully automated gas-fired isothermal high-speed burner drawer kilns utilizing U.S. technology, and 101 molding machines incorporating Japanese technology. This has formed a complete, precise, and automated manufacturing system spanning raw materials, molding, firing, and molding, providing a solid guarantee for the high quality and consistency of the products. With robust technical capabilities, TD has independently developed a series of high-end products, including ultra-high-voltage 800 kV AC, extra-high-voltage 1000 kV AC, and ±800 kV DC systems. These innovations have successfully filled multiple domestic technological gaps, and the technical standards of its products have reached the forefront of international counterparts, providing reliable core insulation components for major national power engineering projects.
