TIANQIAN.TIANQIAN was established in May 2010 with a total investment of 430 million yuan and a registered capital of 200 million yuan. Located in Mianzhu City, Deyang, Sichuan Province, it occupies an area of 132 mu. TIANQIAN operates a 25,000-ton electric screw press die forging production line, an 8-ton CNC fully hydraulic drop hammer die forging production line, 3-ton and 1-ton electro-hydraulic hammer free forging production lines, a heat treatment production line, and a metal materials inspection laboratory. TIANQIAN's primary products include turbine blades for nuclear and thermal power plant steam turbines, gas turbine compressors, and fans; integrally forged crankshafts for marine high-speed engines, heavy-duty truck engines, and large generator set engines; and large-to-medium precision forged components for special vehicles and oil/gas extraction equipment. TIANQIAN holds certifications for quality management systems including AS9100D, IATF16949, ISO9001, GJB9001C, AD2000 WO, and PED 97/23/EC, as well as environmental management system certification ISO14001:2004 and occupational health and safety management system certification OHSAS18001:2007. Primary products include: turbine blades, engine crankshafts, and die-forged structural components.
