TYSIC.TYSIC was established in 2009 and is registered in Dongguan, Guangdong. It is China's first enterprise dedicated to the industrialization of silicon carbide (SiC) epitaxial wafers. Over the years, the company has driven industry development through production process innovation. Through independent R&D, it has mastered the complete set of core technologies and processes required to produce epitaxial wafers for unipolar and bipolar power devices across the full voltage range from 600V to 30,000V. Its epitaxial wafer products ultimately serve multiple critical sectors including new energy (electric vehicles, photovoltaics, charging stations, energy storage), rail transit, smart grids, general aviation (such as eVTOL), and home appliances. Beyond supplying standard SiC epitaxial wafers, the company offers complementary services including epitaxial wafer foundry, testing, and cleaning, striving to become a core material supplier at the upstream end of the silicon carbide supply chain.
