VISTAR.VISTAR was established on August 4, 2020, as mainland China's first high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of TFT-based Micro-LED technology. Within its R&D team, individuals holding master's or doctoral degrees constitute 50% of the workforce. As of October 2025, the company has filed a cumulative total of 1,176 patent applications, with invention patents accounting for over 96% of these filings. To date, 552 patents have been granted. VISTAR constructed mainland China's first TFT-based Micro-LED pilot production line in just 10 months, launching multiple internationally and domestically pioneering products. By the end of 2024, it illuminated mainland China's first TFT-based Micro-LED mass production line, achieving industry-first mass production shipments.
