WEIDA PETRO.WEIDA PETRO was established in April 2001 and is located in the heart of Sinopec's Shengli Oilfield. The new factory covers an area of over 70,000 square meters with a registered capital of 66,912,806 yuan. WEIDA PETRO possesses a 3,512-square-meter testing workshop, a 7,400-square-meter machining workshop, a 5,278-square-meter welding and assembly workshop, and a 3,600-square-meter drilling rig automation equipment assembly workshop. It is equipped with comprehensive product performance testing equipment, featuring categorized product assembly and debugging platforms. The company has established a system-level final assembly and integrated testing rig, along with dedicated processing equipment for manufacturing product accessories prior to shipment. WEIDA PETRO continuously strengthens collaborations with research institutions both within and outside oilfields. In 2011, it established a joint R&D center with Sinopec Shengli Drilling Technology Research Institute, staffed by 5 professor-level senior engineers, 16 senior engineers, and 30 engineers. WEIDA PETRO holds key certifications including ISO9001 Quality Management System, Sinopec and CNPC HSE, TS Special Equipment Manufacturing Qualification, Measurement Management System, and API Q1/6A/16C/5CT. Key products include: offshore engineering design and R&D technology, casing head series, wellhead equipment and Christmas trees, solids control systems, drilling and completion tools, workover and recovery tools, high-efficiency casing grinding tools, expansion tube systems, automated drill string handling systems, diamond drill bits, high-pressure manifolds, choke manifolds, major equipment, and machining capabilities.
