XYLX.XYLX was established on December 1, 2017, with its registered location in Ganyu District, Lianyungang City. It is an enterprise dedicated to the research, development, and manufacturing of high-quality fastener assemblies and high-quality hot-headed fasteners. Spanning over 60,000 square meters, XYLX produces more than 60,000 tons of premium fasteners annually, having cumulatively supplied customers with over 2 million tons of fastener assemblies and over 2 million tons of hot-headed fasteners. Adhering to independent R&D and production principles, XYLX manufactures all connection assembly fasteners—from bolts and nuts to washers—in-house. Rigorous quality control ensures consistent excellence in every connection assembly. For hot-headed fasteners, the entire production process is self-managed, incorporating state-of-the-art heating technology. Every critical step—from key bolt forming and essential heat treatment to final bolt surface coloring—is meticulously controlled. Leveraging mature technology and extensive experience, we produce various special-shaped fasteners to fully meet diverse customer requirements. XYLX is among China's first enterprises certified with ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, and CNAS national-level laboratory accreditation.
