It is dedicated to manufacturing explosion-proof three-phase asynchronous motors for mining applications. YALI ELECTRICAL currently has an annual motor production capacity of 1 million kW, with an annual output value of 250 million yuan. YALI ELECTRICAL operates over 160 sets of production equipment, including: 5-meter and 2.8-meter double-column vertical lathes, 1.6-meter vertical lathes, horizontal milling and boring machines, machining centers, rotor dynamic balancers, VPI vacuum impregnation systems, 80-ton to 400-ton presses, high-speed slotting machines, high-power laser cutters (G4020D, 4KW), CNC gas cutting machines, and custom-designed specialized machine tools. The facility is equipped with a 2000KW digital motor test station and various motor testing equipment.
