Traditional casting clusters have achieved industrial leaps through this, such as Anhui Hanshan transforming from the 'hometown of casting in East China' to a new energy vehicle parts base, producing key components such as brake discs and differential housings. At the same time, the integration drive of casting itself is upgrading towards green intelligence. The Sharing Group has created a 'five no' intelligent factory through '3D printing+digital twin', and Anhui Haofang Electromechanical's green casting project has reduced unit product energy consumption by 25%. This deep integration, with high-end equipment innovation as the fulcrum and industrial clusters as the carrier, not only makes casting machinery the core guarantee for lightweighting and cost reduction of new energy vehicles, but also promotes China's casting industry to move from a 'stupid big black coarse' to a high-end and clean global industrial highland.
