Relying on the ultra-low latency (<10ms), high reliability, and massive connectivity characteristics of 5G, leading enterprises such as Wolong Electric Drive have built the i-Wolong Industrial Internet of Things platform to achieve real-time status feedback and predictive maintenance of motor groups (with an accuracy rate of over 92%), compressing fault response time to seconds; Huichuan Technology deployed a 5G fully connected production line in elevator intelligent manufacturing, and improved equipment utilization to 90% through digital twins and edge computing. In scenarios such as AGV, intelligent warehousing, and unmanned mining trucks, companies like Dongfang Motor embed 5G communication modules into motor controllers to support millisecond level collaborative scheduling. The country led the release of the world's first industrial 5G international standard IEC PAS 63595:2025, and introduced the 'General Technical Requirements for Power 5G Communication Terminals' (T/CES 293-2024), establishing the discourse power of technical specifications. Currently, over 4000 5G factories have been built nationwide, with electric motors as the core execution unit, deeply integrated into the 'perception transmission decision-making execution' closed-loop system, promoting China's transformation from a major motor manufacturing country to a leader in intelligent power systems.
