In the past decade, China's gas turbine industry has achieved a historic leap from 'following' to 'leading in parallel' through technological innovation, with core breakthroughs focused on four dimensions: materials, manufacturing, fuel, and intelligent operation and maintenance. On the material side, domestically produced nickel based single crystal alloys and high-temperature alloys have achieved independent supply, and products from enterprises such as Yingliu and Wanze have entered the international supply chain. The domestication rate of 300MW F-class heavy-duty gas turbines has reached 100%, and the full chain of over 50000 components is independently controllable, completely breaking the 70 year monopoly of Germany, Japan, and other countries. On the manufacturing side, Dongfang Electric has built the world's first F-class pure hydrogen combustion engine G15H, achieving zero carbon combustion industrial applications. 3D printing technology integrates the combustion chamber flow channel, increasing efficiency by more than 15%. The digital twin and AI operation and maintenance system are deeply embedded throughout the entire lifecycle, building a high-quality dataset covering more than 200 units. The fault response is compressed from 3 days to 4 hours, and manual analysis is reduced by 70%, promoting the shift of operation and maintenance from experience driven to intelligent prediction. At the level of industrial empowerment, the combined cycle thermal efficiency has exceeded 61.66% (Huadian Tongnan project), far exceeding coal-fired power by 15 percentage points. It is widely used in power peak shaving, data center combined cooling, heating, and power (CCHP), and intelligent inspection of oil and gas pipelines, with a carbon reduction of over 50%. The CGT series, Taihang 110 and other products have formed a 3-110MW spectrum, breaking through the dual lines of military and civilian markets, supporting energy security and the construction of new power systems, and reshaping the global landscape of high-end power equipment.
