In the past decade, China's industrial computer industry has deeply integrated with the energy storage industry, forming an ecological synergy pattern of 'hardware+software+services'. Driven by the 'dual carbon' strategy and the construction of new power systems, the core control components of energy storage systems, BMS (Battery Management System), EMS (Energy Management System), and PCS (Energy Storage Converter), are highly dependent on industrial computer technology support. By 2025, the market size of China's energy storage BMS will reach 17.8 billion yuan, with a compound annual growth rate of 47%. The 'iron triangle' collaborative architecture of BMS+EMS+PCS will be mature and implemented, and millisecond level data synchronization will be achieved through high-speed Ethernet and time sensitive network (TSN) technology. The primary frequency regulation compliance rate will increase from 75% to 98%. The industrial computer is embedded with AI algorithm, edge computing module and multi protocol communication chip, which enables the energy storage operation and maintenance from 'passive protection' to 'active security', and reduces the operation and maintenance cost by more than 30%. The Special Action Plan for the Large scale Construction of New Energy Storage (2025-2027) specifies the goal of achieving an installed capacity of 180 million kilowatts by 2027, forming industrial clusters in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta, and occupying more than 70% of the country's production capacity. Digitization and security technology have become core competitiveness, and the industry is shifting from 'installation scale competition' to 'system level value competition', providing core control support for new power systems.
