MCC Saidi independently developed the world's first hydrogen based vertical furnace hot direct reduction iron pneumatic conveying equipment, breaking the technological monopoly of foreign countries in the core links of hydrogen metallurgy and achieving a leap from 'following' to 'leading'; Baosteel Group will launch the world's first AI intelligent blast furnace in April 2026, relying on large models to integrate more than ten years of process data, achieving a furnace temperature prediction hit rate of over 90%, reducing fuel ratio and carbon emissions, completely solving the 'black box' control problem of blast furnaces, and promoting ironmaking from experience driven to data-driven. The industry has comprehensively built an 'iron front integration' intelligent control platform. Qingdao Special Steel has opened the ore blending sintering blast furnace data link through the industrial Internet, reducing fuel consumption by 2.3kg/t, and extending blast furnace life by 20% through predictive maintenance. The national 'Special Action Plan for Energy Conservation and Carbon Reduction in the Steel Industry' is strongly driving the widespread application of oxygen enriched injection, waste heat recovery, and ultra-low emission technologies in blast furnaces. The energy consumption target for blast furnace processes by 2025 will be reduced by more than 1% compared to 2023. Domestic equipment has formed a dual wheel mode of 'technology output+standard output', and the technical solutions have been successfully implemented in overseas projects such as JSW in India. The localization rate has exceeded 90%, and the independent closed-loop formation of high-end core components has been accelerated.
