The high bandwidth and low latency characteristics of 5G networks provide key support for the intelligent management of the entire lifecycle of sealed products. The second is to drive the innovation of production mode, with leading enterprises such as Zhongmi Holdings building a 'high-end mechanical seal device flexible intelligent factory' and being selected as an advanced level intelligent factory in Sichuan Province; Sichuan Dayu has compressed the production cycle from 30 days to 3 days through its independently developed 'DY-MIS Intelligent Manufacturing System' and QR code full chain traceability. The third is to expand service-oriented extension. Zhaoqiang Sealing relies on Huawei Cloud to build a 'Seal Lifecycle Management Platform', providing remote operation and predictive maintenance services, with an annual service revenue of 23 million yuan; Zhongmi Holdings has partnered with JD.com to promote the digital transformation of its supply chain. In addition, 5G+AI visual inspection has achieved real-time recognition of 0.05mm level defects on the surface of seals, replacing manual quality inspection. Overall, 5G technology is helping the mechanical seal industry build a 'end-to-end cloud' collaborative intelligent ecosystem, promoting its evolution from a single functional component to an intelligent sensing terminal, achieving cost reduction, quality improvement, efficiency enhancement, and service model innovation.
