The integration of China's lifting and transportation equipment industry and energy storage industry is accelerating towards high precision, customization, and intelligence, forming a new industrial synergy system supported by heavy lifting equipment and linked by intelligent logistics. In the construction of energy storage power stations, a 300 ton bridge crane successfully completed the millimeter level precise lifting of the 211 ton seat ring snail shell of the Songyang Pumped Storage Power Station in Zhejiang Province. The Huaneng Jintan Salt Cave Energy Storage Power Station used a hydraulic lifting device to achieve non-destructive positioning of the 255 ton generator stator, highlighting the key role of heavy-duty equipment in large-scale energy storage projects. In response to the demand for high-density stacking of energy storage containers, XCMG has launched the world's first 65 ton dedicated frontal crane XCS65K, equipped with dynamic anti rollover algorithm and millimeter level micro motion control system, to achieve 5-layer stacking and safe and efficient transportation. It has been widely used in production bases of leading enterprises such as CATL. The Zoomlion Intelligent Logistics Platform (ZTMS) utilizes 5G and IoT technology to achieve full process visualization scheduling of tower cranes and other equipment from production to delivery, indirectly optimizing the efficiency of energy storage equipment transportation networks. With the new energy storage installed capacity in China reaching 78.3GW in 2024, a year-on-year increase of 126.5%, the demand for specialized lifting equipment continues to explode, promoting the industry's transformation from general equipment to scenario customization and building an integrated service capability of 'lifting transportation deployment'.
