The core path focuses on intelligent upgrading, green reconstruction, standard output, and global collaboration. The industry is based on a 77% penetration rate of digital R&D tools and a 12.2% proportion of intelligent production. AI visual inspection and robot integration deeply penetrate food packaging, ceramic manufacturing, home appliance sheet metal and other scenarios. For example, Huayi Ceramics has built a big data platform to achieve full process intelligent control, and Golden Monkey Food has improved production capacity and quality control consistency through a 240 million yuan transformation. Green manufacturing is accelerating comprehensively, with over 1300 national level green factories, accounting for one-fifth of the country's total. The coverage rate of 'coal to gas' conversion in the ceramic industry is over 95%. Biomass energy and chromium free tanning agents are widely used in papermaking and leather, and energy-saving equipment such as 3D optical pressure difference transcription and ultra high speed laser cladding are driving a reduction of unit energy consumption by more than 15%. Driven by strong policies, the Implementation Plan for Digital Transformation of Light Industry specifies that by 2030, enterprises above designated size will comprehensively undergo 'intelligent transformation and digital transformation', promoting the transformation of light industry equipment from 'single machine automation' to 'system integration'. The export structure has been continuously optimized. The export to countries along the 'the Belt and Road' has grown steadily. High value-added products such as intelligent packaging lines and automated filling equipment have become new engines. The industry is accelerating the transformation from 'Made in China' to 'Made in China+China solution' for global output.
