AI is deeply integrated into the perception chain, enabling the radar to have intelligent target recognition, dynamic resource scheduling, and adaptive waveform optimization capabilities, forming a 'perception decision feedback' loop. China Electronics Technology YLC-2E and JY-27A radars have achieved efficient detection of stealth targets and built an intelligent early warning network that integrates air and space. Lidar has achieved a 'image level' perception revolution. Huawei's Qiankun 896 line radar has pioneered a dual optical path architecture, which can recognize small objects up to 14cm from 120 meters away. The point cloud density has increased by 3.5 times, driving autonomous driving from 'point cloud guessing' to 'semantic understanding'. By 2025, the global market share of LiDAR in China will reach 92.3%. Phased array meteorological radar empowers low altitude economy and flood prevention warning, and the Leike millimeter wave radar is applied to millimeter level deformation monitoring of mining slopes and intelligent traffic roadside perception. By 2026, the overall scale of the industry will exceed 80 billion yuan, with the civilian sector accounting for the first time over the military sector. The technical standards have shifted from 'following' to 'defining', and China is leading the global intelligent radar system reconstruction.
