The 5G+AI quality inspection system jointly developed by China Unicom and Landu Auto has achieved a detection rate of over 99% for incorrect or missing assembly of body parts, supporting flexible mixed-line production on a single production line. The self-built 5G industrial terminal metrology traceability system provides national benchmark support for testing accuracy. The industry is moving from 'device networking' to 'system self-healing', driving the shift of manufacturing quality control from reactive response to proactive prevention. China is leading the construction of a new paradigm of global intelligent testing.
